By day, I'm the fitness director at Prevention magazine. I do everything from create weight loss and fitness programs for busy women just like you, to produce and direct fitness videos and DVDs. I also write and edit weight loss and fitness content for the magazine and Prevention.com. Basically, if it has to do with weight loss, workouts, or motivation, I'm your girl.
